Lawrence, who was Bill Shankly’s first-choice keeper during the 1960s, died at the age of 77.

Liverpool football club on Wednesday confirmed the passing away of the Scotsman.

Liverpool club statement read: “The thoughts of everybody at the club are with Tommy’s family and friends at this sad time.”
